Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for a growing client in Conway, SC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values professionalism, initiative, customer service, and career development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
Generate new business opportunities and follow up on existing leads
Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and service inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person
Support sales and marketing initiatives to help grow the business
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Previous sales, customer service, marketing, internship, or business experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remote work is not available
Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off

Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
