💲 Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
🕒 Shift: 1st Shift
⏰ Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday, weekends as needed)
Job Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling pre-assembly and sub-assembly components, performing ground bond testing, packing completed electrical systems, and utilizing hand tools and PIV equipment. Team members will work from blueprints, Manufacturing Tracking System (MTS), and On Floor Sheets (OFS) while maintaining quality and production standards.
Essential Responsibilities
✅ Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions (MTS) and/or OFS
✅ Utilize PIV equipment for crating and packing requirements
✅ Perform assembly rework when defects are identified
✅ Participate in Tier 1 meetings, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Complete required Level I OJT and cross-training opportunities
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
✔️ High School Diploma or GED required
✔️ 0-1 year of production assembly experience required
✔️ 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
✔️ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work in a team environment and learn multiple workstations

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
